Personal Assistant: Upon purchasing an annual Elite membership, you are assigned your own personal assistant (PA).

Your PA is a beautiful and intelligent young Ukrainian woman with a lot of experience helping successful men like you find their true love in the Ukraine. The PA's role is to guide you to a successful match through Elite's unique matchmaking method.

Here is the Elite method:

1. The PA will immediately send you an email to introduce herself and explain how the Elite method works. Your PA will ask you to select at least thirty (30) women from Elite's database whose photographs and profiles you find most appealing.
   
   
2. Your PA will contact you by telephone to introduce herself and ask you pertinent questions about your life that will enable your PA to find the best candidates from among the women you find most appealing on the Elite site.
   
   
3. Your PA then contacts and interviews each woman you have selected. Each woman will have been previously screened by Elite team members for beauty, intelligence and character before their admission to the Elite database.

   Background investigations are conducted on each woman by Elite's professional investigator in Kiev to ensure that each woman has given a truthful account of her family history, education, employment, and marital status.
   
   

4. Your PA contacts you, again, to tell you which of the women have
   expressed a definite interest and sincere motivation in meeting you.

   Your PA will offer you her opinion of which women would most likely be potentially good matches for you. After you have made up your mind, you will send an email to your PA, informing her of your final choices and when you would like to visit Kiev.
   
   

5. Elite's travel agent, Encore Travel, will contact you to make arrangements for obtaining a Ukrainian visa and first class air tickets. All you will need to do is to send Encore your passport to facilitate the visa process.
   
   
6. Several weeks before your departure, you will receive an email confirming your travel arrangements and the dating schedule for your visit.

   You will also be informed that your PA and dedicated driver will be waiting to pick you up from the Borispol airport in Kiev.
   
   

7. When you arrive at Borispol Airport, your PA and driver will be waiting with a sign to welcome you.

   After introductions are made, you will be driven to a Five Star Hotel in the center of Kiev which is where you will be staying during your visit.
   
   

8. After getting settled into your hotel accommodations, your driver will take you and your PA out for a brief dinner where your PA will present you with a confirmed schedule of your dates, along with photos and profiles of the ladies, and the various restaurants or cafes where your different dates will be hosted.
